The overall objective of the project is to strengthen rice self-sufficiency and the incomes of populations in the South-West. The specific objective is to improve agricultural productivity to increase production in the South-West. The Project will benefit 63,700 people, including 35% women, who will derive their sources of income from agricultural employment.
