Optical Instruments – Supply Of Frequency Comb Generator. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of An Ultra-Stable Laser With A Line Width Of Less Than One Hertz, Suspended By Means Of A Frequency Comb Generator On An Existing Radio Frequency Source Derived From A Cesium Clock. The Relative Frequency Stability Of An Ultrastable Laser For An Integration Time Of 100 S Must Be Better Than 3⋅10-15 In The Sense Of The Modified Allan Deviation. The Device Must Allow Connection With A Cesium Clock Or Other Source And Compensate For The Drift Of The Optical Resonator To Achieve High Long-Term Stability. The Conversion Of Frequencies From The Optical Domain To The Radio Frequency Domain Will Be Performed Using A Frequency Comb Generator With A Pitch Of 200 Mhz. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract To The Extent Of The Detailed Definition Of The Technical Parameters Representing The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Is Specified In More Detail In Annex No. 1 Of The Draft Contract, Which As A Whole Is An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation As Its Annex No. 4 (Draft Contract). The Stated Conditions And Requirements Are Binding And Absolute, And Therefore Non-Fulfilment Of Some Of Them Will Mean The Exclusion Of The Participant From Further Participation In The Procurement Procedure. The Delivery Also Includes Transport, Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment And Operator Training. The Subject Of Delivery Is The Delivery Of A New, Unused And Fully Functional Device From Official Distribution, Intended For Use In The Czech Republic, Including All Documents (Especially The Warranty Card And Printed Or Electronic Instructions For Use In Czech Or English). The Subject Of The Public Procurement Will Be Co-Financed From The Subsidy Program Op Jak – Cz.02.01.01/00/22_008/0004649 – Queentec: Quantum Engineering And Nanotechnology.
