The Government Contract Concerns A Framework Agreement Regarding The Purchase, Configuration, Installation And Maintenance Of Electronic Cabinets Or Setups For Efficient And Safe Storage And Picking Of Medication And Medical Items, In Nursing Departments And Medical-Technical Services, Integrated With The Hospitals Adt, Epd And Pharmacy Software. These Integrations Are Crucial As The Cabinet Setups Must Be Immediately Usable. Since Our Pharmacy Is Staffed 7/7 And The Cabinets Are Active 7/7-24/24, It Is Therefore Necessary For The Subscriber To Offer Interventions 7/7-24/24. The Nursing Departments Are Supplied Centrally (= From The Pharmacy). We Aim To Distribute 80% Of The Prescribed Medicines Via The Pharmacy, 20% Are Picked From The Medication Cabinets/Arrangements By The Nurse. For Medical-Technical Services, 100% Of The Prescribed Medication Is Taken From The Electronic Medication Cabinet/Setup. Medication Safety Is An Important Point Of Attention In The Jyz. The Cabinet Must Provide The Nurse With Maximum Support In Correctly Removing The Medication. The Setup Must Also Provide Maximum Support For The Traceability Of The Removed Medication. Access To The Electronic Cabinet Must Be Controlled By Badge Control, Making It Possible To Define Authorities Per User (Or User Group). In Addition, The System Offers The Option Of Giving Authorized Users (Groups) Access To Certain Locations After Access To The Entire Cabinet, Also Through Badge Control. After A Period Of Inactivity, The System Provides The Option To Automatically Lock The Cabinet To Prevent Unauthorized Access To The Cabinet. Of Our Current 32 Cabinet Configurations (Variously Constructed), At Least 20 Cabinets Will Be Purchased During The 10-Year Framework Agreement, With A Maximum Of 40 Cabinet Configurations.
