The Subject Of This Tender Is The Procurement, Delivery, Installation And Maintenance Of Two Ibm Power E1080 Systems (Each With 40 Core Expansion, 8 Tb Ram) Including All Associated Hardware, Activation And License Components. The Collaboration Includes Both The One-Off Delivery And Commissioning Of The Systems As Well As Continuous 60-Month Maintenance Over The Entire Contract Period. Close Coordination With The Client Is Required, Particularly With Regard To The Delivery Date, Installation Process, Data Center Access And Documentation Requirements. The Final Offer Price Must Include All Cost Blocks, Including All Services, Materials, Additional Costs, Maintenance Fees And Other Expenses. Additional Or Subsequent Claims Are Excluded. The Contractor Provides The Necessary Resources, Qualified Personnel And All Materials Required For Delivery, Construction And Commissioning And Guarantees Consistently Reliable Service Provision Throughout The Entire Contract Period.
