The Service Maintenance Of Automobile Equipment Covers All Activities Related To The Technical Maintenance Of The Automobiles, Ensuring Safe And Reliable Use And Technical Condition Of The Automobiles, According To The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Act, The By-Laws Issued On Its Basis And Regulations Of The Competent Authorities, Including The Necessary Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables. The Technical Requirements For The Subject Of The Public Procurement Should Fully Meet The Requirements Of The Technical Specification Тс В 01.5068.25 And Of The Contracting Authority. Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Eur 272,689.01 Excluding Vat. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Law On Public Procurement /Zop/ The Contracting Authority May Assign Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464/ Eur 79,998.77 For Supplies And Services And The Total Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order.
