Medical Equipments – Surgical Navigation System. Intraoperative Navigation Is Already An Established Standard For Complex Spinal Procedures. Preoperative Planning Is Carried Out Using Radiological Ct Data Sets, Which Are Referenced And Navigated Intraoperatively With The Patient. However, The Currently Available Intraoperative Imaging Using An Isoc3d Image Converter Has A Limited Resolution And Is Technically Limited, Particularly For Interventions In The Craniocervical Junction, For Severe Deformities Such As Complex Scoliosis And For Obese Patients. This Affects The Image Quality And Thus Navigation Precision In Highly Complex Situations. The Plan Is Therefore To Purchase A Second Complete Navigation System Including Planning Software, Combined With Mobile Intraoperative 2D/3D Imaging And Robotic Navigation Support. The Integration Of High-Resolution Intraoperative Imaging, Real-Time Navigation And Robotically Guided Instrument Positioning Enables A Significant Improvement In Precision In Implant Placement And Contributes To Increasing Patient Safety. The Scope Of The Contract Volume Is Shown In The Tender Documents.
