Tree-Cutting Services – Cleaning Of Easements Of Vel Vn, Served By Umer Stara Zagora. Pursuant To The Public Order, Services Will Be Provided For Cleaning/Restoration Of Easement Areas Affecting Land Properties In Forest And Non-Forest Areas (Urbanized, Agricultural, Protected, Disturbed Areas For Restoration) Of Power Lines 110; 220 And 400 Kv, Served By Eso Ead, Stara Zagora Network Operating District Management (Umer Stara Zagora), Part Of The Transmission Network Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Following Main Activities Are Planned To Be Carried Out: - Removal Of Trees, Bushes And Branches In The Easement Zones On Land Properties In Forest Territories, Representing Clearings; - Removal And Pruning Of Single Trees, Bushes And Branches In The Easement Areas On Land Properties Outside Forest Territories; - Removal Of The Cut Wood Mass To The Left And/Or Right Border Of The Easement Zone, So That The Strip Between The End Wires Is Freed. The Routes Of The Power Lines Intended For Cleaning Pass Through Different Categories Of Territories, Including Mountainous Or Rugged Terrain, Some Of Which Lack Roads, And Mechanized Access Is Difficult. The Cleaning Of The Easements (Prosecutions) Is Required In Connection With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 9 For The Technical Operation Of Power Plants And Networks (Nteecm), Ordinance No. 3 For The Arrangement Of Electrical Systems And Power Lines (Newel, Ordinance No. 16 Of 2004 On The Easements Of Energy Sites, Law On Forests - Art. 67 And Art. 139, Paragraph 1, Ordinance No. 8 On Logging And Forests, Ordinance No. 1/ 30.01.2012 On The Control And Protection Of Forest Areas, Ordinance No. 8/ 11.05. 2012 On The Conditions And Order For The Protection Of Forest Areas From Fires, The Regulations For The Operation Of Electrical And Heating Plants And On Electrical Networks (Pbzreuetcem), As Well As Other Normative And Sub-Normative Acts Carried Out By The Removal Of Trees, Bushes And Shoots And Removal Of Cut Trees, Branches, Bushes, Shoots, Waste, Dry Wood Mass And Unusable Wood.
