Engineering-Design Services For Traffic Installations – Traffic Safety. In Order To Carry Out The New Construction Of The U5 Subway Line, Temporary Traffic Routes, Including The Necessary Traffic Sign Plans, Diversion Routes And Traffic Safety Measures In Public Street Space, Must Be Planned, Approved, Set Up, Maintained, Operated And Dismantled After The Measure Has Been Completed. The Services Include, In Particular, The Creation Of Traffic Signs And Traffic Management Plans Including The Necessary Driving Geometry Tests, Coordination With The Responsible Departments And Authorities As Well As The Preparation And Obtaining Of Traffic Regulations And Other Permits. In Addition, Plans For Diversion And Information Signs Must Be Drawn Up And The Necessary Coordination And Approval Processes Must Be Carried Out. The Structural Implementation Includes The Delivery, Installation, Provision, Control, Maintenance And Adaptation Of All Facilities Required For Traffic Management And Traffic Safety. This Includes, In Particular, Temporary Protective Devices, Traffic Signs, Barrier Devices, Temporary Road Markings And Portable Traffic Light Systems Including The Necessary Control, Detection And Communication Devices. The Services Also Include The Programming, Setup, Commissioning, Operation, Monitoring And Adaptation Of Temporary Traffic Signal Systems As Well As Their Coordination With Neighboring Traffic Signal Systems. Regular Checks Must Be Carried Out Throughout The Entire Construction Period And Traffic Routing, Traffic Safety Measures And Signaling Equipment Must Be Adapted To Changes In Traffic And Construction Processes. If Necessary To Maintain Traffic Safety, Winter Services Must Also Be Carried Out, Including Clearing And Gritting The Traffic Areas Used During Construction. The Services Are Mainly Provided On Inner-City Main Roads. The Relevant Technical Regulations And Guidelines, In Particular The Guidelines For The Securing Of Workplaces On Roads (Rsa), The Additional Technical Contractual Conditions And Guidelines For Safety Work At Workplaces On Roads (Ztv-Sa), The Guidelines For Traffic Signal Systems (Rilsa) For Signalized Traffic Routes As Well As Other Relevant Regulations And Technical Regulations In Their Currently Valid Version Must Be Applied. The Qualifications Required For The Services Described Above Are Requested As Part Of This Qualification System. At The Time Of Publication Of This Eu Contract Notice For The Qualification System, The Intention Is To Put The Corresponding Services Out To Tender At A Later Date.
