In The Amount Of 3 Pieces. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Above-Mentioned. Buses Along With Equipment, Necessary Software, Documentation And Training Under The Conditions Specified In These Tender Specifications. 4. Requirements For Compliance With Regulations: 1) The Offered Bus Must Meet The Requirements And Conditions Specified In Regulation No. 107 Of The United Nations Economic Commission For Europe (Unece) - Uniform Provisions Concerning The Approval Of Vehicles Of Categories M2 Or M3 With Regard To Their General Construction [2015/922] (Oj Eu.L.2015.153.1 Of 2015.06.18), Hereinafter Referred To As Regulation No. 107 Unece. 2) The Buses Offered Must Be Equipped With An Electric Engine/Motors. 3) The Offered Bus Must Be Made With The Maximum Use Of Non-Flammable Materials, Especially In Terms Of Materials Used For The Construction And Interior Equipment Of The Body, And Have Eec Approval Of The Vehicle Regarding Flammability From Tests Of Non-Flammability Of Elements Of The Passenger Compartment And Drivers Cabin Equipment Made In Accordance With Regulation No. 107 Of The United Nations Economic Commission For Europe (Un/Ece). 4) The Offered Bus Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Provisions Contained In Section Iii Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1260, As Amended) And Meet The Technical Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment ( Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2022). 5) The Bus Offered Must Meet The Requirements And Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of March 25, 2013 On The Type Approval Of Motor Vehicles And Trailers And Their Equipment Or Parts (Journal Of Laws 2015.1475 Of 2015/09/25, As Amended). 6) The Offered Bus Must Meet The Pn-S-47010:1999 Standard Or Equivalent For A Class I Or M City Bus. 7) The Bus Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of March 5, 2015, Item 305). 8) The Offered Bus Type Must Have A Valid Vehicle Type Approval Certificate Or Ec Vehicle Type Certificate Of Conformity - Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1260) Or A Certificate Of National Individual Vehicle Approval Issued By The Director Of Transport Technical Inspection, Constituting The Basis For Its Registration In The Area Polish. The Contractor Will Provide The Above-Mentioned Document No Later Than On The Day Of Delivery. 9) The Bus Delivered On The Day Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Must Comply With The Current Regulations
