The Object Of The Contract Is The Acquisition Of Road Safety Elements (Road Signs, Parapets, Road Markings) Necessary For The Organization Of Transport Flows In Order To Increase The Capacity Of The Infrastructure, The Safety And The Efficiency Of The Border Crossing Services At The Joint Road Ro/Md/Ua Bcp Galaţi/Giurgiulești/Reni, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Terms Of Reference And The Legislation In The Field. The Product Description Is Available In The Specifications. Attached To The Award Documentation, You Will Find All The Necessary Documents For Preparing The Offer. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, And In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Supply Contract, Any Changes That May Occur During The Period Of The Contract Refer To The Following, Without Being Limited To These: Changes Of The Contracting Parties; Duration Of The Contract; Product Delivery Time; Check And Reception; Subcontractors. The Changes Will Be Made After The Signing Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Only Under The Conditions That They Do Not Represent Substantial Changes In The Sense Of The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para.
