As Part Of The Wolfenschiessen Power Plant Concession And Renewal (Kue) Project, The Providers Scope Of Services For The Renewal Sub-Project Includes The Complete Provision Of Planning Services As An Overall Planner For The Overall Renovation Of The Wolfenschiessen Power Plant In The Sia Phases Of Project Planning, Tendering And Implementation (31, 32, 33, 41, 51, 52 And 53). The Contractor Takes On The Role Of Overall Planner And Responsible Project Author For The Renewal Sub-Project. He Is Responsible For The Planning, Project Planning And Coordination Of All Disciplines And Specialists Required For Project Processing And Acts As The Central Contact Person For Ewn. The Overall Planner Creates The Project Documents, Reports, Plans And Tender Documents And Ensures The Technical, Organizational And Scheduling Coordination Of All Those Involved In The Project. He Accompanies The Project Throughout All Of The Commissioned Sia Phases, From Project Planning To Tender To Implementation. The Overall Planner Supports The Ewn In Awarding The Work, Coordinates The Entrepreneurs Involved, Leads The Specialist Construction Management And Monitors The Implementation Of The Project In Accordance With The Contract. He Also Supports The Client With Supplementary And Claim Management As Well As With Commissioning, Acceptance And Project Handover. For The Overall Renovation Of The Kww, The Use Of The Bim Method Is Planned In The Sia Phases Of Project Planning, Tendering And Implementation. The Bim Model Serves As A Central Information Basis For Planning, Tendering, Execution And Subsequent Management Of The System. The Models Must Be Created And Maintained In Such A Way That, After Project Completion, They Can Be Used As A Digital System Model For System Documentation, Maintenance Management And For Future Conversions And Renovations.
