Firefighting Vehicles – Purchase Of A Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The Volunteer Fire Department In Chociw. 4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive System For The Chociw Volunteer Fire Department. 4.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of A Brand New Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive System - Hereinafter Referred To As The Vehicle, 2) Provision Of The Necessary Technical Description (In Polish), 3) Delivery Along With The Order Of The Manual Required For Operation In Polish And A Set Of Documents Necessary For Registration Of The Vehicle, 4) Training Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Vehicle And Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Contract. The Costs Of All Materials Necessary To Conduct The Training Are Borne By The Contractor. 4.3. General Requirements For The Subject Of The Order: A) The Built-Up And Equipped Vehicle Must Meet The Minimum Requirements In Accordance With The Provisions Of: - The Road Traffic Act, Including The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles, In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 450, As Amended), Along With Implementing Regulations. - Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure The Principles Of Public Safety Or The Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws No. 143, Item 1002, Of 2010, Item 553, Of 2018, Item 984, And 2022, Item 2282) - Regulations Of The Ministers Of Interior, National Defense, Finance And Justice Of March 22, 2019 On The Technical Conditions Of Special Vehicles And Vehicles Used For Special Purposes Of The Police, Internal Security Agency, Foreign Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anticorruption Bureau, Border Guard, Fiscal Control, Customs Service, Prison Service And Fire Brigade (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 594). B) The Car Must Be Marked With The Operational Numbers Of The State Fire Service In Accordance With Order No. 1 Of The Commander-In-Chief Of The State Fire Service Of January 24, 2020 On Transport Management In Organizational Units Of The State Fire Service, As Amended. Died C) Must Have A Valid Certificate Of Approval Issued By Cnbop-Pib In Józefów Near Otwock. D) Must Have A Valid Chassis Approval Certificate. E) It Must Meet General And Specific Requirements In Accordance With The Pn-En 1846-1 And 1846-2 Standards. F) The Vehicle And Chassis Are Brand New, The Year Of Chassis Production Is Not Older Than 2026, The Engine, Chassis And Cabin Are From The Same Manufacturer. 4.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A List Of The Minimum Required Technical And Operational Parameters Of A Brand New Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive System, Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
