The Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables Used In The Repair Work Must Correspond To The Relevant Make And Model Of The Motor Vehicle And Must Be New, Unused And Not Recycled. In The Event That Similar Parts Are Not Available For A Given Model Of Motor Vehicle, The Contractor May Insert Second-Hand Parts After The Explicit Written Consent Of The Contracting Authority.
