Purchase Of 10 New Electric Passenger Buses And 3 Fast Charging Stations (Assembly, Integration, Configuration, Testing And Functional Tests, Commissioning, Staff Training, Staff Authorization, Carrying Out The Necessary Formalities For Registration And Putting Into Circulation, Remedying Any Non-Conformities Found During The Verification And Reception Stage.) Within The Urban Mobility Project - Building A Bus Depot And Purchasing Means Of Public Transport Without Co₂ Emissions, Including Stations Loading, In The City Of Buftea, Ilfov County, Call For Projects Pr Bi/P4/4.1/4.2/1/2025, Priority 4 - A Region With High Mobility, Specific Objective 2.8 - Promoting Sustainable Multimodal Urban Mobility, As Part Of The Transition To An Economy With Zero Carbon Dioxide Emissions, From The European Regional Development Fund (Erdf - Will Be Carried Out According To The Requirements Of The Specifications And Technical Documentation Made Available In The Award Documentation. Through The Acquisition Of Buses And Charging Stations, The Contracting Authority - Buftea City Aims To Increase The Attractiveness And Efficiency Of The Local Public Transport System In The City And Adjacent Areas, By Implementing Integrated Measures Aimed At Improving Public Bus Passenger Transport And Discouraging The Use Of Private Transport, Respectively, Encouraging The Use Of Alternative Transport, Renouncing Private Cars And Implicitly Reducing Polluting Emissions. The Purchase Of New Electric Buses Will Contribute To The Improvement Of The Efficiency Of Public Passenger Transport In The City Of Buftea, Its Frequency And Travel Times, Its Accessibility And The Transfer To It From Private Transport. The Technical Characteristics For The Buses And Charging Stations To Be Purchased Are Those Provided For In The Specifications And Feasibility Study. Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. Modification Of The Contract During Its Validity Period, Other Than In The Cases And Conditions Provided For In Art. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Is Made By Organizing A New Award Procedure, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Law. Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Submission Deadline Tenders/Candidates: 18 The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information, On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Tenders.
