The Client Wishes To Conclude An Agreement For The Supply, Keeping In Stock And Delivery Of Vaccines Against The Lsd Virus. See Chapter 2.5 Of The Tender Document. Maximum Contract Value €5,820,000 Excluding Vat. The Total Size Of The Order And Therefore The Total Order Value Is Difficult To Estimate, Given The Indeterminacy (Unpredictability Of Animal Disease Outbreaks). The Actual Size Of The Assignment Depends On Whether A Crisis Breaks Out, The Size Of This Crisis And The Number Of Outbreaks During Such A Crisis. The Final Estimated Contract Value Must Therefore Be Qualified By The Fact That This Value Is Uncertain And Could Be Considerably Lower Or Higher. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Rights From The Estimated/Maximum Value And Quantities In View Of The Above. When Drawing Up This Tender Document, Current Knowledge And Insights Have Been Taken Into Account.
