Roof Repair – Npú, Sh Křivoklát – I. Stage Of Roof Renewal, Facade And Staircase Repairs. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Comprehensive Repair Of Trusses And Roof Coverings Of Individual Castle Buildings, Which Are Currently In Poor Technical Condition. The Existing, Inadequate Roofing Will Be Dismantled. At The Same Time, The Plumbing Elements Will Be Dismantled, Especially The Sheeting Of Chimneys, Covering Sheets In Contact With Adjacent Buildings, Gutters, Downspouts And Boilers. Elements Found To Be Satisfactory Will Be Reused After Review. At The Same Time As The Roofs Are Repaired, Scaffolding Will Be Used, Even In Difficult-To-Access Terrain, To Repair Aged Plaster On The Facades And To Rehabilitate Staircases With Non-Functional Waterproofing. The Contracting Authority Does Not Accept Bid Variants.
