The Object Of The Purchase Will Include The Following Objectives: 1) Supply Of The Advanced Analytics Platform, Including Auxiliary Software, Composed Of Standard Software (Operating Systems And Software For Databases, If Applicable, For The Communication Programs And Interfaces Offered), Utilities And Any Other Software Required To Run The Advanced Analytics Platform On The Hw Infrastructure Provided By The Contracting Entity (Supplemented By That Provided By The Service Provider, If Applicable) Required By The Advanced Analytics Platform. 2) The Provision Of Implementation Services As Described And Requested, In This Task Book Under Chapter. 4: A) Analysis And Identification Of Requirements, As Well As Detailed Design Of The Advanced Analytics System (Blueprint); B) Project Planning And Implementation; C) Installation And Configuration Of The Advanced Analytics Platform At The Headquarters Of The Contracting Entity, As Defined In The Terms Of Reference, On The Hardware Infrastructure Provided By The Contracting Entity (Supplemented By That Provided By The Provider, If Applicable); D) Interfacing And Integration With The It Systems Described In The Specifications; E) Testing And Acceptance; F) Operational Support And Stress Testing Of The Integrated System; G) Commissioning (Commissioning) Of Software Products; H) Staff Training; I) Software Development, Customization; J) Documentation Delivery; K) Data Migration, Popular Databases, For The Proper Functioning Of The Advanced Analytics System, If Necessary Depending On The Bidders Solution, Based On The Information Described In Detail In This Terms Of Reference (Volumetrics, Data Exchange Requested Between Advanced Analytics And Existing Systems, Interfacing, Etc.); L) Import Of The Technical Attributes Of The Equipment And The Static Topology Of The Network; 3) Providing Warranty Services, Including Support And Maintenance During The Warranty Period; 4) Ensuring The Free Renewal Of The Software Version Of The Advanced Analytics Platform, During The Contractual Period, By Providing, Adapting And Installing New Versions Of Its Software (Software Upgrades), With A Minimum Frequency Determined By The Modification Of The Platforms Characteristics (The Frequency Of Change Will Depend On The Appearance Of New Versions For All Applications/Modules, Their Delivery Having To Be Coherently Synchronized For The Integrated Application/Platform). 5) Resolving Platform Modification Requests (Change Requests), Which Can Occur At Any Time After The Detailed Design Development Stage, Until The End Of The Hypercare Period.
