Modular And Portable Buildings – Delivery Entitled: Sanitary Container.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of: Sanitary Container. 2. The Sanitary Container Should Meet, Among Others, The Following Requirements: A) Polish Road Traffic Regulations In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Together With The Implementing Provisions To The Act, Including The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles; B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure Public Safety Or The Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended); C) The Container And Its Equipment Must Have A Valid Approval Certificate Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Referred To In Point (A). B, A Current Certificate Of Approval For The Container And Current Certificates Of Approval For Equipment Subject To Approval Must Be Provided No Later Than On The Day Of Technical And Quality Acceptance Of The Container; D) Container Compliant With The Requirements Of Annex No. 20 To The Guidelines For Standardization Of Equipment For Firefighting Vehicles And Other Means Of Transport Of The State Fire Service; F) Container Equipped With, Among Others: In: - Min. 3 Shower Cabins, - Min. 4 Washbasins, - Changing Room, - Min. 2 Toilet Cabins, - Clean Water Tank And Sewage Tank, - Electric Water Heater, - Electrical And Water Installation, - Protective And Work Clothing, - Sanitary, Household And Bathroom Articles. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. 4. Clause Regarding Invalidation Of Proceedings. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds It Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Awarded To It. 5. The Task Is Implemented Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.
