Your Organization Is Hereby Invited To Submit A Proposal For The Provision Of A Multiplex Concept Plan For The Town Of Rocky Mountain House (The Municipality), As Detailed In This Request For Proposal.It Is The Intent Of This Rfp To Award A Contract To A Consultant For A Comprehensive Overall Multiplex Building And Site Concept Plan. The Plans Are To Provide Town Council And Ratepayers With A Clear Vision Of The Concept, Phasing Plan And Estimated Costing. The Objectives Of The Town Is For A Multiplex Concept Plan With Class D Costing For A Phased Implementation On The Subject Lands Containing Approximately 54 Acres As Shown In Schedule A. It Is Anticipated The Plan Will Include The Following Subject To The Public And Council Consultation Process Required In This Rfp.
