In The Case Of Task No. 1 - The Investment Includes Construction Works For The Performance Of Repair And Waterproofing Works In The Building Of Primary School No. 6 As Part Of The Investment Entitled Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Primary Schools In Kwidzyn, Which Covers The Scope Of Modernization And Configuration Of Central Heating Consisting Of: 1) Replacing Existing Radiators With New Ones With Parameters Adapted To The Current Heat Demand Of The Facility, 2) Partial Reconstruction Of The Installation Approaches Of The Branches To The Radiators, 3) Replacing Thermostatic Valves With Thermostatic Heads, 4) Replacing Cut-Off And Regulating Valves On The Return Pipes Of The Radiators, 5) Performing The Necessary Hydraulic Activities, Adjusting The Installation, Including Rinsing And Cleaning The Installation, 6) Developing Guidelines For Commissioning And Regulating The Modernized Installation. Accompanying Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Include: 1) Execution Of Accompanying Renovation Works, 2) Dismantling Of Existing Radiator Structures, 3) Construction Of A Damp-Proof Membrane Using The Crystal Injection Method In The Walls Of The Ground Floor Zone, 4) Partial Replacement Of Wall Cladding To The Extent Resulting From The Works Being Carried Out, 5) Execution Of Necessary Finishing Works, Including Partial Painting Of Rooms, 6) Partial Leveling Of The Area With Surface Profiling, 7) Height Adjustment Of Rainwater Inlets, 8) Cleaning Of The Existing Stormwater Drainage System, 9) Partial Excavation Of External Walls In The Ground Floor Zone, 10) Cleaning Of Foundation Walls And Implementation Of Moisture-Proof Insulation, 11) Thermal Insulation Of Foundation Walls And External Walls In The Ground Floor Zone Along With Protective Layers And Reconstruction Of Finishing Elements In Places Where It Is Missing, 12) Restoration Of Building Elements And Landscaping Damaged During The Implementation Of The Works.
