The Subject Of The Order - Described In Annexes No. 5 And 6 To The Swz - Includes, Among Others: 1) Marking Out And Implementing New Communication Routes With A Stabilized Mineral Surface, 2) Construction And Equipping The Playground With New Devices Intended For Various Age Groups, 3) Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Including: Benches, Tables, Waste Bins, Free-Standing Seats And Gazebos,4) Introduction Of New High And Low Greenery (Planting Trees, Ornamental Shrubs And Perennial Flowerbeds),5) Introduction Of Lighting.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged - At His Own Expense And Within His Own Scope - Also To, Among Others: To: 1) Provide Technical Supervision Over The Task Being Performed, 2) Provide Full Geodetic And Cartographic Services (Surveying And Cartographic Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Conditions Issued By The City Surveyors Office. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conduct Geodetic Service Of The Task And Prepare As-Built Geodetic Documentation In Accordance With The Applicable Technical Conditions For Conducting Geodetic Works - Regarding The Establishment Of The Gesut And Bdot 500 Database In The City Of Szczecin In 2016 And Maintaining Part Of The Digital System Of The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource In The Sip Geo-Info System 7),3) Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction Along With The Development Of Documentation (Including A Traffic Organization Project) And The Necessary Arrangements And Occupation Of The Road Lane, Including Charged Fees, Markings And Restoration Of The Original Marking, If Necessary,4) Securing Existing Networks And Facilities In The Area Of Works Being Carried Out And Cooperation With Owners, If Necessary The Need For,5) Proper Fencing And Security Of The Construction Site, 6) Maintaining Order At The Exit From The Construction Site To Public Roads And Within The Area Of The Works Being Carried Out,7) Organizing The Construction Site And Social Facilities Along With Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition,8) Securing Own Property On The Work Site, Repairing Damage Caused During The Work,9) Supply Of Water, Electricity And Communication Means,10) Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of The Work, Including Removal Of Damage Caused During The Work,11) Ensuring Safe Conditions For Implementation Works Specified In Fire Protection Regulations And Occupational Health And Safety, Including Employee Training, 12) Developing A Safety And Health Protection Plan, 13) Keeping A Construction Log, 14) Marking The Construction Site In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Making And Placing An Information Board In A Visible Place, 15) Implementing The Provisions Of Issued Decisions, 16) Before Carrying Out Sanitary And Technical Cuts - Inspecting Trees For The Presence Of Active Bird Nests; During The Ongoing Breeding Season (From March 1 To October 15).
