1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Revitalization Of The Playground At Ul. Chłodna 2/18 In Warsaw. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And The Project Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A 36-Month Warranty For The Planted Plant Material. The Contractor Shall Attach To The Submitted Offer Technical Data Sheets Of The Devices Along With Device Certificates Valid On The Day Of Submitting The Offer, Confirming Compliance Of Individual Elements With The Applicable Standards Issued By The Polish Center For Accreditation. Certificates Must Be Provided With The Offer And With The Authorization Of Their Manufacturer. The Playground Equipment Presented In The Project Are Exemplary Solutions. The Contractor May Use Devices From Any Manufacturer, Provided That The Requirements Arising From Their Descriptions In The Design Are Met. When Proposing Devices Other Than Those Presented In The Project, Technical Data Sheets Of The Devices Should Be Attached To The Offer And Their Functional And Technological Compatibility Should Be Compared, I.E. Size, Material And Technological Parameters, Product Visualization, List Of Elements And Descriptions Of Individual Devices. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Following Devices To Be Equivalent: A) Those That Fulfill The Required Functions In Accordance With The Description In The Design, B) Whose Dimensions Are Within The Margin Of +/- 5% Of All Dimensions Given In The Design, Provided That The Arrangement Of The Devices Does Not Force A Change In The Planned Square Area, C) That Have Device Certificates Issued By The Polish Accreditation Center On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer. When Submitting An Offer For Devices Other Than Those Designed, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach A Land Development Concept To The Offer, Proving That The Offered Products Meet The Assumptions. Project, Without Enlarging The Square Area.
