The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works Related To The Modernization Of The Heat Distribution Center And The Central Heating And Hot Water Installations In The Building Of The Rzeszów Regional Development Agency S.A. At Ul. Szopena 51 In Rzeszów. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Dismantling Of Existing Devices And Piping In The Heating Plant Room, • Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A New Dual-Function Heating Plant For Central Heating Purposes. And Domestic Hot Water,• Construction And Reconstruction Of Central Heating, Hot Water, Cold Water And Circulation Installation Pipelines,• Installation Of Heat Exchangers, Circulation Pumps, Regulating, Shut-Off, Safety And Measuring Fittings,• Replacement Of Radiator Fittings And Hydraulic Adjustment Of The Installation,• Implementation Of Thermal Insulation, Anti-Corrosion Protection And Fire Passages,• Flushing Of The Installation, Carrying Out Tightness And Pressure Tests,• Commissioning, Adjustment, Inspection And Acceptance Of Completed Installations, • Performance Of Accompanying, Reconstruction And Finishing Works. • Execution Of Automation, Control And Measurement Installations (I&C). The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Applicable Regulations, Standards And Recommendations Of The Manufacturers Of The Devices And Materials Used. The Contractor Will Carry Out All Work Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Entirely From Its Own Materials And Using Its Own Equipment Or Equipment At Its Disposal. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Advance Payments. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Partial Payments.
