The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of District Road No. 1135K, Located In The Towns Of Poręba Dzierżna And Łobzów, In The Wolbrom Commune In Olkusz County. The Scope Of The Works Includes, In Particular, Comprehensive Demolition, Earthworks, Construction And Surface Works, Including: • Mechanical Cutting Of Joints In The Existing Bituminous Surface, • Mechanical Milling Of Existing Surface Layers Asphalt, • Demolition Of The Existing Base Made Of Stone Aggregate, • Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Demolition Materials, • Earthworks Using Backhoe Excavators, • Mechanical Shearing Of Roadsides, • Mechanical Profiling Of The Subgrade And Its Compaction For Construction Layers, • Construction Of A Drainage Layer, • Mechanical Compaction Of The Subgrade And Structural Layers, • Execution Of The Base Subgrade From Crushed Aggregate Mechanically Stabilized, • Execution Of The Base Course From Ac 16 P Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures, • Cleaning Of Road Surfaces, • Interlayer Sprinkling And Sprinkling Under The Bituminous Layers With Asphalt Emulsion And Lime Laitance, • Execution Of The Binder Layer From Ac 16W Mineral-Asphalt Mixtures, • Execution Of The Wearing Course From Ac 11 S Mineral-Asphalt Mixtures, • Execution Roadsides Made Of Crushed Stone, Loading, Transport And Management Of Demolition Materials, Including The Asphalt Cutter Resulting From The Milling Of Bituminous Layers Of The Road, And The Management (Disposal Or Recovery) Of The Asphalt Cutter Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In The Field Of Waste Management, In Particular In The Event Of The Presence Of Tar Binder Containing Hazardous Substances In The Asphalt Layers. Technological Requirements. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Asphalt Granules (Reclaimed Asphalt) In The Wearing Course Of Asphalt Mixtures. All Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Detailed Technical Specifications For Workmanship And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Tender Documentation And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. Traffic Organization And Quality Documentation Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop, On Its Own, A Temporary Traffic Organization Project, Obtain The Required Arrangements For Its Approval And Marking In Accordance With The Approved Project. The Condition For Starting The Works Is: • Submitting An Approved Quality Assurance Program (Qpzj) To The Employer, • Submitting A Current Insurance Policy, In Accordance With § 17 Of The Project Contract. Tests And Quality Control. The Ordering Party Requires All Material, Technological And Acceptance Tests, Provided For In Stwiorb, To Be Performed In A Laboratory With A Valid Accreditation.
