The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of A Municipal Road In Ligota Książęca, Approx. 175 M Long And 3.00 M Wide (Plot No. 461), In Particular: • Mechanical Profiling With Compaction Of The Existing Stabilization, • Sprinkling The Road Surface With Asphalt, • Making An Ac 11S Wearing Asphalt Layer With A Thickness Of 5 Cm After Compaction, • Channeling And Construction Of Aggregate Roadsides, • Tidying Up The Adjacent Area After The Works Are Completed. Requirements: 1) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Works Covered By The Task For A Minimum Period Of 3 Years And A Maximum Of 5 Years From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works. 2) After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An As-Built Cost Estimate With Measurements Of The Works Performed And Obtain Its Acceptance By The Ordering Party. Additional Requirements: 1) The Costs Of Marking And Securing The Works For The Duration Of The Works Must Be Included; 2) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Protection Of Installations Of Underground Devices Located Above The Ground, Such As: Valves, Wells, Hydrants, Etc. The Contractor Will Immediately Notify The Employer And The Interested Operator Of These Devices About The Fact Of Accidental Damage To These Installations And Will Cooperate With Them By Providing All Assistance Needed To Make Appropriate Repairs And Will Cover The Costs Of These Repairs; 3) The Wearing Course Should Be Made Over The Entire Width Of The Road; 4) The Costs Of Taking At Least 3 Samples Of The Bituminous Surface Should Be Included (The Place Of Collection Is Indicated By The Ordering Party) And Submit The Test Results To The Ordering Party; 5) The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Any Disruptions To Road Traffic As Well As Damages And Losses Arising As A Result Of The Works; 6) All Materials Used To Carry Out The Task Must Be Of The First Quality And Must Have Approvals, Certificates And Technical Approvals Allowing For Use In Construction (Attestations, Certificates And Approvals Should Be Provided To The Ordering Party) And Must Be At Least Technically Equivalent To Those Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities; 7) After Completion Of The Works, Waste Should Be Removed And The Construction Site And The Area Adjacent To The Construction Site Should Be Cleaned Up; 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect Against Damage Or Destruction Of Public Or Private Property. If, Due To Negligence, Improper Conduct Of Works Or Lack Of Necessary Actions On The Part Of The Contractor, Damage Or Destruction Of Public Or Private Property Occurs, The Contractor Will Repair Or Recreate The Damaged Property At Its Own Expense. The Condition Of The Repaired Property Should Be No Worse Than Before The Damage Occurred; 9) The Ordering Party Enables The Contractor To Familiarize Himself With The Area Where The Works Will Be Carried Out; 10) The Works Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specif
