A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As In The Bills Of Quantities, Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Constitute Annexes To This Terms Of Reference. It Is Recommended To Perform A Local Inspection Of The Area. Note: The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Contractual Remuneration, The Offer Price Should Take Into Account The Actual Costs Of Carrying Out The Task Resulting From The Design Documentation, Stwiorb And Swz Provisions.
