Domatowo In The Wejherowo Forest District, Including The Implementation Of All Works Leading To The Achievement Of A State Consistent With The Technical Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract. 5.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv):45111200-0 Site Preparation Works And Earthworks45233120-6 Road Construction Works5.3. Scope Of Work: Reconstruction Of A Section Of A Forest Road, Which Includes: • Preparatory Works: Before Starting The Works, The Working/Design Scope Should Be Surveyed In The Field And Any Discrepancies Noticed Should Be Clarified Directly With The Appointed Supervision Inspector Or The Employers Representative. Preparatory Works Mainly Concern Works Related To Securing The Area Of The Reconstructed Road During The Works. The Contractor Will Develop And Agree On The Plan And Form Of Action With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Work Area Against Access By Third Parties. However, Access To Forest Areas Should Be Enabled For The Services Of The State Forests Administration And All Relevant Rescue Services (Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance) Through Appropriate Staging Of Works. The Scope Of Preparatory Works Also Includes Works Related To The Removal Of Existing Conflicting Trees (On The Ordering Partys Part In The Scope Of Its Forest Management) And Then The Stumps (On The Contractors Part) Located Next To The Reconstructed Road (Collision), Together With Loading, Transport And Storage In The Place Designated And Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative. • Earthworks: The Earthworks Include Works Related To Leveling The Area And Widening The Road Structure (Mainly In The Field Of Excavations And Ravines), Works Related To Surface Channeling Of Turf From The Road System And Straightened Sections, And Works Related To Slopeing And Topsoiling Of Flat And Sloping Areas. The Scope/Balance Of Earthworks Included In The Investment In Question Is Positive. The Resulting Surplus Of Excavated Material Is To Be Used On Site For The Earthworks Performed In Order To Compensate For Adjacent Depressions And Depressions - To Be Agreed With The Representative Of The Ordering Party/Investor. • Drainage: Rainwater From The Investment Scope Will Be Drained On The Surface Using Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes To The Green Areas Adjacent To The Road In The Scope Of Forest Plots Where A Given Road Section Is Located.
