1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Rooms In The Building Of The District Office In Dzierżoniów At Ul. Świdnicka 38 In The Scope Of Rooms No. 2 And 3. 2. Building Of The District Office In Dzierżoniów At Ul. Świdnicka 38 Is Included In The List Of Immovable Monuments Of The City Of Dzierżoniów. 3. For The Construction Project In Question, The Ordering Party Has A Building Permit Decision No. 462/2025 Of September 2, 2025. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Demolition Works, Including The Dismantling Of Existing Floors, Wainscoting, Joists, Walls And Equipment Elements; 2) Execution Of Earthworks, Insulation And Construction Works, Including New Foundations, Moisture And Thermal Insulation And New Flooring Layers; 3) Construction Of Partition Walls, Plastering, Filling And Painting Works; 4) Installation Of Pvc Floor Coverings, Finishing Strips, Wainscoting, Aluminum Walls And Doors; 5) Modernization Of The Electrical Installation, Including The Installation Of New Cabling, Installation Of Electrical Installation Equipment, Electrical And Telecommunications Sockets And Floor Boxes; 6) Replacement Of Existing Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Saving Led Fixtures; 7) Carrying Out Measurements Of The Electrical Installation And Lan Network; 8) Removal And Management Of Waste Generated During The Implementation Of Works. Note: The Scope Of Works Does Not Include Sap Installation, Modernization Of The Company Archives Rooms And The Patio. 5. A Detailed Description Of Construction Works Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 6. The Design Documentation Consists Of: 1) Construction Design, 2) Detailed Design, 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior), 4) Bill Of Quantities. 7. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Constitutes Only Informational And Auxiliary Documentation In Preparing The Offer (It Is Not A Document Constituting The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order). 8. Whenever In The Design Documentation Or Stwior There Is A Reference To A Non-Mandatory International Or National Standard, It Should Be Understood That The Ordering Party Allows In The Offer Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Quoted Non-Mandatory National Or International Standard. 9. All Named Materials And Adopted Technologies Used In The Technical And Design Documentation Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. This Means That The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers For The Named Materials And Devices Listed In The Referenced Technical Documentation While Maintaining Their Quality Requirements. Equivalent Materials Must Be Mentioned By Name In The Offer, And The Burden Of Proving Compliance With The Technical Parameters And Quality Standards Required By The Ordering Party Rests With The Person Submitting The Offer.
