Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A) The Subject Of This Order Is The Service Consisting In The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Expansion/Reconstruction Of The Road System At Ul. Benedyktyńska – From Ul. Dziewiarzy To Ul. Bolesław Śmiały - For The Construction Of Sidewalks As Part Of The Pavement Construction Program Task. B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using: • Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, • Material Scope Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz C) The Minimum Warranty Period Is 24 Months, The Maximum Warranty Period Is 36 Months. Offers Containing A Warranty Period Of Less Than 24 Months Will Be Rejected. D) The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. E) Deadline For The Execution Of The Order: 30 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Including: • Stage I - Preparation And Submission Of Documentation Together With The Initiation Of The Procedure For Obtaining A Zrid Decision - Within 20 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, • Stage Ii - Obtaining And Forwarding An Administrative Decision To The Ordering Party Allowing The Implementation Of Works Together With Complete Design Documentation - In Accordance With The Material Scope - Within 6 Months From The Implementation Of Stage I, • Stage Iii - Obtaining And Submitting To The Ordering Party The Final Administrative Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Road Investment - Within 4 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of Stage Ii.
