The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works - Modernization Of Part Of A Multi-Purpose Building In Brok. The Owner Of The Building Is The Commune Of Brok. As Part Of The Task, It Is Planned To Modernize Three Rooms, Including Separating A Bathroom. The Scope Of Work Includes Water And Sewage Installations, Electrical And Lighting Installations, Plastering And Flooring, Painting Walls, Laying Tiles, Door Joinery, And Bathroom Construction And Equipment. A Detailed Description Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. In Order To Complete The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, Materials, Machines And Devices Necessary For Its Implementation And To Perform All Accompanying Works, Works And Activities Necessary To Complete The Order. The Materials Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Meet The Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Comply With Applicable Standards Or Technical Approvals And Have Documents Such As Approvals, Certificates Or Certificates Of Conformity. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Develop And Submit To The Ordering Party As-Built Documentation, The Scope Of Which Is Specified In The Template Of The Agreement, Which Includes, Among Others: 1) Cost Estimate As-Built,2) Approvals, Certificates Of Built-In Materials.3. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Construction Is Managed By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations And Professional Qualifications, As Well As Membership In The Appropriate Professional Self-Government Chamber. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed Under The Supervision Of: The Construction Manager. The Construction Manager Will Exercise Constant Supervision At The Construction Site Under Pain Of Imposing A Contractual Penalty Specified In The Agreement. The Task Is Carried Out With The Support From The Budget Of The Masovian Voivodeship.
