The Contractor Is Obliged To Make A Detailed Assessment Of The Causes Of Efflorescence And Select Appropriate Repair Technology To Ensure Permanent Removal Of Defects And Prevent Their Reoccurrence. The Technology And Materials Used Should Comply With The Requirements Of Façade System Manufacturers, Applicable Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. 2. The Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments By Decision No. 157/Wlkp/A Of March 31, 2004 And Is Included In The Area Of ​​The Historic Urban Layout Of The City Of Gniezno, Which Requires Arrangements With The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments At Every Stage Of Implementation.
