1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of External Works On The Existing Open Shell Building Of A Village Community Center.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: • Insulation Of Walls (Including Plastering, Decorations Made Of Styrofoam Profiles Over The Openings, Installation Of Sheet Metal Window Sills As Roof Flashings, Pediment Processing, Installation Of Led Twilight Light Fixtures With Motion Detectors Over The Entrance Door) • Installation Of An External Roof Over The External Door (Steel Structure, Glass Covering) • Installation Of Window Joinery (Made Of Pvc Profiles, Triple Glazing) • Installation Of External Door Joinery (Wooden Or Aluminum)• Construction Of A Roof Soffit (Steel In Imitation Of Wood)• Construction Of External Stairs And Driveway (Made Of Concrete Blocks, Edges And Palisades, Including Steel Barriers).3. When Performing The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Other Relevant Regulations, Including The Obligation To Provide A Construction Manager With Appropriate Qualifications In The Specialty Related To The Subject Of The Order.
