Part I – Renovation Of Footbridges: 1. The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Part I Is The Execution Of Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Footbridges, According To The Table Below: A) In The Hałbów Protection District, On The Hałbów Nature Trail - A Footbridge Approx. 5 M Long - 1 Pc. B) In The Żydowskie Protection District, On The Kiczera Nature Path - A Footbridge Approx. 10 M Long - 1 Pc.2. The Materials Used For Replacement Must Be Consistent With The Technical Design, Except That - Elements Marked In The Design (B2, B3, B3.1, B3.2, B4, B5, B5.2, B5.1, B5.2, P2, P3, P4) Must Be Made Of Pressure-Protected Coniferous Wood And Additionally Ecologically Impregnated. - Joists Made Of Larch Wood Marked In The Project (B1, B1.1, B1.2, B1.3, P1) Must Be Made Of One Element Without The Possibility Of Joining Lengthwise, Secured With An Ecological Impregnation.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean Up And Remove The Remains Of The Renovated Footbridges, I.E. Demolition Material And Waste, From The Area Of The Magura National Park. All Wooden Elements Should Be Made Outside The Magura National Park And Transported To The Field Assembly Site. The Location Of Some Infrastructure Elements Is Difficult Due To The Lack Of Convenient Access. Individual Elements Will Have To Be Lifted Or Transported, E.G. By Horse-Drawn Carriage, Quad Bike, Small Tractor. 1.2 The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of All Parts Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Attached To The Swz. 1.3 During The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Will Mark And Secure The Work Site At His Own Expense. 1.4 The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Which Includes: A) Design B) Bill Of Quantities C) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) D) Photographic Documentation Showing The Current Condition Of The Facilities To Be Renovated 1.5 Use Of Equivalent Materials: 1) If Anywhere In The Documentation The Manufacturers Name, Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials Or Devices Used To Perform This Order Are Indicated - Everywhere The Ordering Party Adds The Words Or Equivalent. 2) If Anywhere In The Documentation The Documentation Contains References To European Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Everywhere The Ordering Party Adds The Words Or Equivalent To These Names And Everywhere The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems.3) For Materials And Devices Indicated In The Documentation, For Which The Manufacturers Name, Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Are Indicated, Materials And Devices Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Quality, Functional And Functional Parameters May Be Used Utility.
