Location - Recreation And Sports Area In Drozdy, City Park, Ul. 1 Maja 19, 05-555 Tarczyn, Plot No. 7/3, District 003 Drozdythe Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of The Development Concept And Obtaining Current Maps For Design Purposes, 2) Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of: A) Pump Track, B) Drainage, C) Lighting, D) Greenery Development E) Accompanying Infrastructure Such As Benches, Waste Bins, Stands Bicycles, Etc. Design Documentation Means Complete Design Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Submit An Application For A Building Permit Or To Report Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, Along With Obtaining All Arrangements, Permits, Etc., Technical Design To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Works, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Cost Estimate.3) Submitting An Application For A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Or Reporting The Intention To Perform Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit To The District Office In Piaseczno, 4) Construction Of A Pumptrack With Drainage, Lighting, Development Of Greenery And Accompanying Infrastructure - In Accordance With The Developed Documentation, 5) Ensuring Authors Supervision Of The Authors Of The Design Documentation During The Implementation Of Construction Works, 6) Providing Surveying Services And Developing An As-Built Surveying Inventory. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
