Part 1 - Delivery Of Vegetables And Fruit, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Contractor Who Is A Flat-Rate Farmer Within The Meaning Of Art. May Also Apply For The Contract. 2 Point 19 Of The Act Of 11 March 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services. The Rules For Calculating The Offer Price By The Contractor Whose Supplies Are Exempt From Vat Or Are Not Subject To This Tax Are Set Out In Chapter Xii Of Swz.2. Quality Requirements Relating To The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractors Obligations Include: 1) Delivering Food Products To The Ordering Partys Headquarters (The Warehouse Of The Boarding House Of The Forest School Complex In Biłgoraj At Ul. Polna 3) Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense, On Dates, Assortment And Quantities In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Current Needs, 2) Delivering Items In Intact Individual Or Collective Packaging Appropriate For A Given Type Of Product, Ensuring Food Safety And Maintaining The Required Temperature. The Information Required By Law Must Be Included On The Packaging Or In A Document Accompanying The Delivery, Depending On How The Product Is Placed On The Market. The Products Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From The Applicable Food Law Provisions And The Quality Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
