The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive, Paid Service Of Performing The Duties Of Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Conservation And Construction Renovation Of The Willa Krzywoń Building Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Under Number A-832, With Reconstruction And Expansion And Change Of Use From A Multi-Family Residential Building With A Service Part To A Cultural And Exhibition Building, As Part Of The Project Sources Of History, Implemented With The Use Of Funds From The European Regional Development Fund Under The Interreg Poland-Slovakia Program 2021-2027, Priority 3: Creative And Touristically Attractive Borderland. Supervision Must Be Carried Out By Industry Specialists With Appropriate Authorizations Provided For By Applicable Law. 2. The Contractor Undertakes The Task Of Comprehensively Performing The Duties Of An Investor Supervision Inspector For A Fee In The Scope Of, Among Others: Technical, Timely, Financial And Reporting, In Particular To The Extent Consistent With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, The Implementing Provisions Of This Act And Other Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Environmental Protection Regulations, As Well As Applicable Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. The Contractor Undertakes To Act In Accordance With The Current Legal And Technical Status, Ensuring Proper Supervision In Accordance With The Principles Of Professionalism And Professional Diligence. 4. The Supervision Service Includes, In Particular, Supervision, Verification Of The Completeness And Compliance Of The Design Documentation And Pfu With Technical Conditions, Applicable Legal Provisions And The Employers Requirements, As Well As Control And Supervision Of The Proper Implementation Of Construction Works By The Contractor, In Accordance With The Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Provisions Of The Contract. 5. The Contractors Duties Include In Particular: 1) Performing The Duties Of A Supervisory Inspector In Accordance With The Provisions, In Particular Art. 25 And 26 Of The Construction Law, 2) Control And Verification Of Technical Solutions Contained In The Presented Concepts And Technical Documentation, 3) Coordination And Supervision Over The Introduction Of Design Changes, 4) Monitoring The Work Schedule, 5) Preparing Documentation Acceptance Protocols, 6) Documenting Arrangements And Decisions Regarding Design Changes Or Comments To The Documentation, 7) Cooperation With The Designer And Investor, Including Consulting With The Designer And Investor Any Doubts Regarding The Project, 8) Supervision Over Compliance Of Activities Contractor With
