1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task Called: Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Commissioning And Implementation Of It/Ot Hardware And Software To Increase The Level Of Cybersecurity Of The Infrastructure Of Gminny Zakład Komunalny Wielka Wieś Sp. Z O.O2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Software Licenses Provided Are New And Have Never Been Previously Activated Or Used On Other Devices And Do Not Encumber The Rights Of Third Parties.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Come From Legal Distribution Sources, Including Authorized Sales Channels In The Eu.5. The Offered Products Must Have The Manufacturers Support, In Accordance With The Detailed Requirements Specified In The Procedure Documents, Including The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Terms Of Reporting Technical Problems And Access To System Corrections And Updates.6. During The Support Period, I.E. Until December 31, 2026, The Ordering Party Must Have The Right To A Free Update To The Latest Version Of The Products If They Are Published By The Manufacturer Of The Supplied Hardware And Software.7. The Subject Of The Order Must Ensure Its Safe Use.8. The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Ict Equipment And Software Meet The Security Requirements Arising From The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law, In Particular In The Field Of Supply Chain Security And Cybersecurity Of Ict Systems.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Offered Solutions Do Not Pose A Risk To The Security Of The Ordering Partys Information And It/Ot Infrastructure
