The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation And Configuration Of Devices (Redundancy Server, Network Switches, Nvme Drives, Ups Power Supply, Router) As Part Of The Project Improving The Level Of Cybersecurity At The Osięciny Commune Office. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement Devices To Work Within The Units It Infrastructure, Make Appropriate Technical And Logical Connections Of Devices To The Units Ict Network, Introduce All Settings, Taking Into Account The Proper Operation Of Rules And Traffic Regulation In Accordance With The Requirements And Instructions Of The Units Network Administrator. Ordering Party Requires An Absolute Requirement For Continuity Of Work: All Installation, Reconfiguration, Migration And Testing Works Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Will Not Paralyze Or Disrupt The Current Work Of The Office. The Offices Working Time Schedule: The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Official Working Hours Of The Unit, During Which Any Planned Interruptions In The Operation Of The Network, Domain Systems, Databases, E-Mail Or File Server Are Unacceptable. These Hours Are As Follows: A) Monday: 7:30 - 15:30B) Tuesday: 7:30 - 17:00C) Wednesday: 7:30 - 15:30D) Thursday: 7:30 - 15:30E) Friday: 7:30 - 14:00 The Contractors Offer Cannot Include A) The Ict Product, Ict Service Or Ict Process Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Article 33(4) Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Items 20 And 252), Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; B) An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Article 67B(15) Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Or An Ict Service, Or An Ict Process, Specified In This Decision.
