1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment For Workstations And Equipment Supporting The Maintenance Of Cleanliness And Ergonomics Of Work At The Municipal Office In Kolbuszowa, Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Support For Employees Of Public Institutions From The Kolbuszowa Commune, Co-Financed Under The Regional Program European Funds For Podkarpacie 2021-2027, Priority Fepk.07.00 Human Capital Ready For Change, Action Fepk.07.08 Support For The Adaptation Of Employees, Enterprises And Entrepreneurs To Changes. A) Part No. 1 - Delivery Of Office And Social Furniture, Including The Delivery Of: Desks For Working With Containers, - Ergonomic Swivel Chairs, - Chairs For Break Rooms, - Tables For Break Rooms, - Three-Seater Sofas, - Conference Chairs, - Office Chairs With Massage Function And Footrest. 2) The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One, Several Or All Parts Of The Order. 3) The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Defects, Ready For Use And Consistent With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In Sopz. 4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached. In Order To Clearly Identify The Offered Item, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Manufacturer And The Model, Type Or Catalog Number Of Each Offered Product. In The Case Of Custom-Made Furniture That Does Not Have A Model Or Catalog Number, The Contractor Shall Indicate The Manufacturer And Its Own Clear Product Marking.
