Tenders are invited for Provision of Liner Hanger Services for SNEPCO SCOPE OF WORK/SERVICE REQUIREMENTS Scope of activities under this contract include the following: Equipment supply scope includes but is not limited to: Liner hanger assemblies for 18 7 casing strings Liner packers for 18 7 casing strings Running tools (including liner Hanger Running Tool and TDS tool) Float equipment (float shoe, float collar, plugs) for 18 7 casing strings Landing collar for 18 7 casing strings Redress kits for liners assemblies (18 7 casing strings) Associated services scope includes but is not limited to: Engineering and design support System Integration Testing (SIT) Assembly, redress, testing and certification Wellsite personnel (Liner Hanger Supervisor/Engineer) QA/QC documentation and certification Postjob reporting (installation, HSSE, deviations) Inventory management, preservation and refurbishment Deployment and installation of liner hangers and accessories in deepwater wells 3.0 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested contractors are required to be pre-qualified as an essential service vendor in any of the following product services: 1.01.05 Cementing Equipment and Liner Hanger System; 3.04.15 Liner Float, Hangers and Running Equipment Services Product/Services) category in NipeX Joint Qualification System (NJQS) database. Only successfully pre-qualified suppliers in these categories will receive a Technical Invitation to Tender (TITT). To qualify you must have Category A NIGERIAN CONTENT COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE (NCCC) issued by Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board for Provision of services within these scopes. If you are not listed in the product/service category but you have registered with the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) to do business in the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry, contact the NipeX administration office at Post Square Towers, 1, 3 Subogun Agbaje Street, Off Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria with your NUPRC certificate as evidence for verification and necessary update.
