The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Processing Of Project Documentation According To The Standards Of Čkait Services. This Involves The Implementation Of Complete Design And Engineering Activities And The Provision Of All Necessary Decisions, Including The Acquisition Of Legal Authority, The Provision Of Other Measures By Public Administration Bodies Or Other Actions Enabling The Implementation Of The Project Under The Name Extension Of Fire Hall Of Velká Albrechtice In Accordance With Generally Binding Legal Regulations, Including Representation In Relevant Proceedings. Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be Carried Out Exclusively By Professionally Qualified Persons. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is In Particular: • Preparation Of All Necessary Documentation For Planning Permission And Ensuring The Issuance Of Valid Planning Permits, • Developing An Interior Design, • Preparation Of All The Necessary Documentation For The Implementation Of The Construction, Including Securing The Approval Of The State Fire Control Authority, If Required By Law (Hereinafter Also Dps), • Performance Of The Designers Supervision; Project Documentation Will Be Processed In The Form And Scope Determined By Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., Decree On Construction Documentation, In Its Valid And Effective Wording. Minimum Content Of Project Documentation: Content Of The Documentation For The Construction Permit The Content Of The Documentation For Building Construction Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., Decree On Construction Documentation. Attention Important! The Processed Project Documentation Must Meet The Requirements Set By The Grant Provider Within The Framework Of The 61St Irop Call - Firefighters - Sc 5.1 (Clld). In View Of This Fact, The Project Documentation Must Be Processed In Accordance With The Provisions Of Zzvz § 89, Paragraphs 5 And 6. (5) If It Is Not Justified By The Subject Of The Public Contract, The Contracting Authority May Not Favor Or Disadvantage Certain Suppliers Or Products By Establishing The Technical Conditions Through A Direct Or Indirect Reference To A) Certain Suppliers Or Products, Or B) Patents For Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Trademarks Or Designations Of Origin. (6) Reference According To Paragraph 5 Letter A) Or B) Can Be Used By The Contracting Authority If The Determination Of The Technical Conditions According To Paragraph 1 Cannot Be Sufficiently Precise Or Understandable.
