The Purpose Of This Nrfp Is To Invite Carpet Cleaning Services Suppliers To Prepare And Submit Competitive Proposals To Provide Bc Housing With The Deliverables.Services Will Be Required For Various Locations In Bc Housing’S Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley Region (Lm) Region Of Bc. All Services And Work Provided Shall Be At Various Locations In The Lower Mainland And Fraser Valley Region Locations, Bc. Please Refer To Appendix 3 – Pricing Form, Tab Bidding Area(S) And Appendix 11- Service Locations. Locations Have Been Divided Into Three (3) Service Areas, As Outlined Below:Service Area 1: Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouverservice Area 2: Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Delta, Surrey, Langley, Aldergrove, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moodyservice Area 3: Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Hopeproponents Can Propose On Any Or All Service Areas.The Nrfp Will Be Awarded Per Each Service Area.Proponents Must Be Able To Provide Services To All Communities And Buildings Within The Service Area(S) They Are Submitting For.The Nrfp Will Be Awarded Per Service Area.Proponents Should Carefully Review All Nrfp Documents, Including Attachments, For The Full Scope Of Requirements.Regardless Of The Submission Method Selected, The Proponent Must Be An Active Vendor Listed In The Bc Bid Directory.
