Each Location Will Have A Separate Contract. The Selected Prime Contractor Must Commence Both Locations At The Same Time. Each Location Is Required To Have A Separate Site Superintendent And Separate Resources. There Will Be One Submission Form For Each Tower And The Lowest Combined Compliant Bid Will Be The Selected Bidder. It Is Mandatory That Both Submission Forms Must Be Completed And Submitted.Scope Of Work In Both Buildings Includes As Outlined In Appendix E But Is Not Limited To The Following:Install New Heat Pump Outdoor Units On Roof.Install New Heat Pump Indoor Units In Corridors From L2 To Top Floor (H1 19 Story H2 16 Story). Provide New Refrigerant Lines From Outdoor Units To Respective Indoor Units Via New Refrigerant Risers Through Existing Decommissioned Garbage Chute.Provide New Condensate Lines From All Indoor Units To New Condensate Riser Through Existing Decommissioned Garbage Chute.Each Indoor Unit Condensate Connection To Be Equipped With A Condensate Pump.Route New Condensate Riser To New Catch Basin Connected Via Floor Drain To Existing Sanitary System In Basement Garbage Room.Remove And Replace Existing Indoor And Outdoor Units Serving Ground Level Lounge With Like-For-Like Configuration.Control Sequence:L2–Top Floor Indoor Units To Be Controlled By New Central Control Panel In Staff Office.Lounge Indoor Units To Be Controlled By New Wall-Mounted Thermostat In Lounge.This Is A Public Solicitation Issued Through Bc Bid.
