An Autonomous Underground Liquid Fuel Storage And Dispensing System Will Be Established For Use By The Police And Border Guard Board In Order To Ensure Emergency Supplies. The Facility Is Not A Public Gas Station Or Service Station And Is Not Intended For The Sale Of Liquid Fuel To Third Parties. Refueling Is Carried Out Only For Vehicles And Equipment Used By The Customer. The Facility Must Contain:• 3 Underground Double-Walled Diesel Fuel Tanks With A Volume Of 4999 L;• 1 Underground Double-Walled Gasoline Tank With A Capacity Of 4,999 L; • Refueling Device For Internal Use; • Technological Piping; • Leakage Control And Overfill Prevention Systems; • Electrical And Automation Solutions; • Necessary Safety Inventory; • Restoration Of Sites And Pavements (In The Required Volume). All Tanks Must Be Separate And The Volume Of Each Tank Must Be Less Than 5,000 Liters.
