The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery, Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Covers The Supply Of Food Products And Beverages, Divided Into 7 Separate Items And Including: Separate Item No. 1: Delivery Of Bread, Bakery Products, Frozen Pasta, Chocolate, Sugar And Confectionery Products; Separate Item No. 2: Supply Of Eggs, Milk And Egg- And Milk-Based Products Separate Item No. 3: Delivery Of Meat, Meat Products, Poultry, Poultry Products, Fish And Fish Products Separate Item No. 4: Delivery Of Fresh, Frozen And Canned Fruit And Vegetables Separate Position No. 5 Delivery Of Packaged Foods, Spices, Pulses, Nuts Separate Position No. 6 Delivery Of Coffee, Hot Drinks, Water And Soft Drinks Separate Position No. 7 Delivery Of Food Products And Beverages For Representative Needs The Delivered Food Products Should Be Of Proven Origin, Meet The Legally Established Requirements For Quality And Safety In Use, Meet The Sanitary, Veterinary-Sanitary, Hygienic And Other Norms Established By The Legislation In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Applicable Normative Acts Of The Bodies Of The European Union And/Or Those Issued By Specialized State Control Bodies, In Accordance With The Normative Requirements Of The Manufacturers Technological Documentation. Food Products And Beverages Must Be Fit And Safe For Consumption, Delivered With The Maximum Remaining Shelf Life Specified In The Specific Delivery Contract.
