Delivery Of Technical Equipment Under The Project Improving The Competitiveness Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises (Smes) And Public Organizations In The South-Eastern Region Of Bulgaria (Seb) Through Integrated Innovative Digital Solutions For 2 (Two) Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 - Delivery Of Computers, Server And Network Equipment Separate Position No. 2 – Delivery Of Measuring, Test And Robotic Equipment 1. The Proposed Equipment Must Be New, Unused, Non-Recycled, Not At The End Of Maintenance Declared By The Manufacturer At The Date Of Submission Of The Offer, With Original Components, Designed To Work In An Electrical Network 220–240V/50Hz, And Have A Ce Mark And A Declaration Of Compliance With The Applicable Requirements For Safety, Electromagnetic Compatibility And Restriction Of Hazardous Substances, Where Applicable. Warranty Support, Spare Parts And Service Shall Be Available For The Equipment For The Entire Proposed Warranty Period. Power Supplies Should Have An Active Pfc Function Or Equivalent Power Factor Correction Technology. 2. The Manufacturer Of The Proposed Equipment Must Implement A Quality Management System According To Iso 9001:2015 Or Equivalent, With A Scope Related To The Production, Supply, Integration Or Servicing Of The Relevant Type Of Equipment. The Contracting Authority Accepts Equivalent Certificates And Other Evidence Of Equivalent Quality Assurance Measures. 3. The Participant Declares That He Will Comply With All The Manufacturers Requirements During Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Maintenance Of The Delivered Equipment. 4. As Part Of Their Technical Proposal, Participants Must Submit: Technical Brochures And/Or Links From The Manufacturer For The Specific Models Of Equipment And Software Offered, Which Confirm The Proposed Features Given In The Technical Proposal. In The Event That The Participant Proves Compliance By Providing Information, By Means Of Link(S) To The Website(S) Of The Manufacturer(S), They Should Not Contain Information Regarding The Price Parameters Of The Proposed Equipment; 5. The Offered Equipment Should Be Available For Delivery On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer And On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. In Case Of Objectively Proven Suspension Of Production After The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor May Offer A Replacement Product Only If It Has The Same Or Better Technical Characteristics, Is Fully Compatible With The Rest Of The Equipment, Does Not Lead To An Increase In The Price Or The Period Of Execution, And The Replacement Has Been Previously Approved In Writing By The Contracting Authority, To The Extent That This Is Permissible According To The Zop.
