Предметът На Настоящата Обществена Поръчка Е Текущ Ремонт На Площадка За Отпадъци, Намираща Се В Непосредствена Близост До Стационарно Съоръжение /Солище/, Находящо Се В Базата На Оп Чистота. Обект На Обществената Поръчка Е „Строителство”, По Смисъла На Чл. 3, Para. 1, Item 1, Letter A Of The Zop. Construction Activities Do Not Require A Construction Permit And Approval Of An Investment Project. All Smr/Srr Included In The Order Represent Ongoing Repair In The Sense Of Paragraph 5, Item 43 Of The Dr Of The Zut And Are Aimed At Improving The Operational Qualities Of The Existing Site, Without Affecting The Structure, Without Carrying Out Reconstruction, Reconstruction Or Change Of Purpose. The Term For The Implementation Of All Activities And Construction And Assembly Works Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement Should Be No Longer Than 70 (Seventy) Calendar Days, Counted From The Receipt Of The Contract Letter By The Contractor. The Funds Will Be Provided From The Budget Of Op Cleanliness - Plovdiv. The Procedure Is Opened Under The Conditions Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code, I.E. As Of The Opening Date Of This Public Procurement, No Funding Has Been Secured. The Execution Of The Contract Begins After Confirmation By The Contracting Authority Of Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Are In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Participation Documentation, And The Rights And Obligations Of The Contractor And The Employer Are In Accordance With The Draft Contract And Its Annexes.
