The Subject Of The Order Includes Daily Preparation And Delivery Of Food For The Inpatient Patients And Staff On Duty According To Various Diets According To Prior Requests From The Contracting Authority. The Diets That The Medical Facility Works With Are: Diet No. 1 - Gastrointestinal Diseases Diet No. 9 - Diabetic Patients Diet No. 11 - Strengthening Diet No. 15 – General Diet Organization Of Meals For Patients And Staff On Duty Is Carried Out Through Daily Preparation And Delivery According To A Schedule Determined By The Contracting Authority Of Ready, Packaged, Hot Food In Compliance With All Legal Regulations In The Country. The Ready-Made Food Should Meet The Requirements For Quantity, Quality And Caloric Value For Rational And Dietary Nutrition And The Instructions Of The Contracting Authority. The Actual Performance Of The Public Order Is Determined On The Basis Of Patient Admission. The Request For Ready-Made Food Required For The Next Day Is Provided To The Contractor Under The Contract For Group Menus For Certain Diets As Follows: - Daily Until 12:30 P.M. For The Following Day For Patients Currently Undergoing Treatment; - Additional Request For Admitted Emergency Patients - Until 5:00 P.M.
