Land For Rural Health Campus . The Town Of Sundre Is Seeking Formal Expressions Of Interest For The Purpose Of The Acquisition Of Land To Develop A New Rural Health Campus. This Facility Will Serve As A Regional Hub, Potentially Co-Locating Primary Care Clinics, Emergency Medical Services (Ems), Long-Term Care Beds, And Community Wellness Spaces. We Are Currently Identifying Land Acquisition Opportunities Within The Town Of Sundre Corporate Limits. We Are Seeking 10 To 20 Acres Of Land And Are Open To Various Acquisition Models, Including Outright Purchase, Land Donation, Land Swap, Municipal Reserve Dedication (Mr), Community Services Reserve Dedication (Csr), Or A Hybrid Arrangement. This Rfeoi Is An Information-Gathering Process To Identify Viable Parcels Of Land. It Does Not Constitute A Formal Offer To Purchase Or A Binding Legal Agreement.
