Supply Of running contract for manufacture and supply of curved switches as per rdso drg. no. t-9791, t-9842. , running contract for manufacture and supply of 10125 mm curved switches for 1in12 (25 t axle load) as per rdso dr. no. t-9791 (alt-2 with latest alteration) with 60e1 rail profile of r-260 grade stock rails and 60e1a1 rail profile r-260 grade thick web tongue rail as per irs t-12 with all fittings as p er rdso drawing no. t-9791 excluding elastic rail clips & insulating liners (list of fittings as per annexu re a1) and including pre-curving of tongue rails and stock rails for turnouts of contrary flexure & simil ar flexure shall be done at manufacturers premises as per the curvature of main line and corresponding versine details given in annexure-4/6 & annexure-4/7(attached) of irpwm whenever required. irs specifi cation: t-10-2025 & t- 62 - 2025 with latest amendment, if any. (the latest alteration/amendment in dra wing and specification issued by rdso up to 10 days prior to tender closing date shall be applicable to t his tender). as per note no. 27 of rdso drg. no. t-9791, alt-02, 10% quantity (i.e. 1/10th of the quantit y of purchase order of 1 in 12 60e1a1-tws) of breakage prone and wear prone spare parts (shown in par t-c of rdso/t-9791, alt-02) shall be supplied with every purchase order of 1 in 12 60e1a1-tws for repla cement of these spare parts as per need during service life of the 1 in 12 60e1a1 tws. note:-(i)the rate includes cost of stock rails, tongue rails and check rails. (ii) list of fittings is attached as annexure-a1 & annexure-b1. (iii) the cost of required pre curvature, if any, is included in the rates, no additional payme nt shall be made on this account. (iv) the bifurcation of rh and lh quantity & details of pre-curving will b e advised on coverage purchase order.
